Gas Servicing, Reactive Maintenance and Planned Upgrades 2021/22 – 2023/24

Description

Blackwood are looking to appoint a single contractor to provide annual safety checks of gas-powered domestic central heating systems and a 24/7/365 emergency reactive repairs service to over 1500 properties across mainland Scotland for an initial contract term of 2 years. In addition the successful contractor will provide planned upgrades to domestic heating systems in circa 99 properties during the initial contract term. Lot 1: Blackwood are looking to appoint a single contractor to provide annual safety checks of gas-powered domestic central heating systems and a 24/7/365 emergency reactive repairs service to over 1500 properties across mainland Scotland for an initial contract term of 2 years. An optional extension of 12 months will be included within the contract – if utilised the 12 month extension will be priced on the basis of a CPI increase from tendered costs. In addition the successful contractor will provide planned upgrades to domestic heating systems in circa 99 properties during the initial contract term.
