Almond Housing Association - Gas Servicing and Maintenance Contract

Description

Periodic servicing and inspection and responsive maintenance of individual heating appliances and heating installations, including out of hours emergency call outs and inspection and maintenance of carbon monoxide, smoke and heat detectors, envirovents, unvented cylinders, and thermostatic mixing valves. Lot 1: The works comprise the annual service and maintenance to all Association owned appliances of gas heating systems and appliances following manufacturer’s requirements and shall include everything necessary for this check, including but not restricted to all labour, parts etc., of all gas installations, including appliances and flues that the tenant cannot legally remove. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
