Description

To assist the contracting authority with legal services in connection with daily operations, the contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with law firms that can safeguard our interested and implement legal assignments. The assignment will likely concern legal consultancy services both in individual questions and larger review work, quality assurance and assist in any complaints and/or dispute cases as well as contribution to different types of templates. The national health trust Sykehusbygg HF is the contracting authority of the contract. Sykehusbygg HF [the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency] will also be a contracting party. Sykehusbygg HF[the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency] was founded in 2014 and is owned by all four regional health authorities. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will ensure a national competence environment for hospital planning and construction at a high international level. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will be utilised for all major construction projects (over NOK 500 million) in hospitals in Norway. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will contribute to future-oriented development of the hospital expansion through learning, innovation, experience and competence transfer. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will be a resource supplier for the other health trusts. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will have a decentralised structure with a main office in Trondheim. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will: be an internal supplier for the regional health authorities and the country's health trusts, and will facilitate for and contribute to standardisation, experience transfer, good resource utilisation and resource access within engineering design and construction of hospitals. Ensure that experience from management and operation of hospital property is taken into consideration in new projects and be of use to the company's property management. Construction assignments or contribution to construction assignments will be only delivered to the four regional heath authorities and their subsidiary health trust, as well as parties that are included in joint ownership of these. In assignments where the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency assists the country's regional health authorities and/or health trusts, these companies will be able to use the contract for cases concerning the same project.
