The project consists of the entire refurbishment of 2 no. boiler house plants at St. Aloysius Secondary School, Sharman Crawford Street including the provision boilers, pipework, valves, pumps, headers, heat exchanger, hot water services insulation works and BMS / boiler house controls. Mechanical Contractor to allow for the entire electrical including full replacement of the entire electrical services as indicated on the enquiry drawings and builder’s attendances in his tender. and removal of 1no.plinth mounted boiler and all other replaced items of equipment. It is recommended that the Tenderer visit the site to take note of all pertinent details that are necessary to complete your tender. Claims for lack of knowledge will not be entertained.
