Description

Energy upgrade works of Boyle Plunkett Home. This tender scope includes for pumped cavity insulation and attic insulation to both buildings and window and door replacement. ME measures include electrification of the heating with ASHPs, pump replacement, TRV replacement, metering, PV installation, BMS upgrades. Other works include the construction of the sub-station, the reconfiguration of the service yard to accommodate the heat pumps, bin storage and gas bottle storage and all ancillary site works.
