Description

The Health and Safety Executive for NI (HSENI) wishes to engage external professional expertise to prepare and test external emergency plans for 10 major hazard sites (COMAH) and 2 major hazard pipelines, in Northern Ireland and to prepare external emergency plans for additional Comah sites or high pressure gas pipelines which enter the regimes during the contract period.
