Description
Anti-condensation works to loft spaces and associated works. Lot 1: It is Craigdale Housing Associations' intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor to deliver remedial works to eliminate condensation issues present in loft spaces within 46nr 2 storey new build properties. The works include removal of existing flexible ducting in loft spaces, removal/renewal of loft installation, installation of lap vents, mechanical extract fans in kitchens and bathrooms in lieu of existing passive vents and decoration to mould affected 2nd floor ceilings.
