Follow-up: Job searching courses - Oslo

NAV Tiltak Oslo shall enter into a contract for the labour-market measure Job searching courses for persons who require more comprehensive follow-up support than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can offer. The job searching course is a group-based follow-up measure that shall increase the participants' job searching competence, as well as aid the participants in finding good and effective job searching strategies. The measure shall contribute to the participant increasing the opportunity of getting employment through the mobilisation of competence, interests, skills and experiences. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/176507475.aspx Lot 1: The procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR) with any later amendments. This procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulation Part I and IV. This procurement follows the procedures for procurements in accordance with the regulations´ part IV. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the contracting authority finds it appropriate. The contracting authority is planning to hold negotiations in this competition. If negotiations are held on the parts of the tenders that are of importance for how the tender scores on the award criteria, tenderers will be selected after an assessment based on the award criteria. The duration of the framework agreement is stated in point II.2.7) does not include the option period. The contracting authority (the Customer) will have an option to extend the contract for an additional 1 (one) + 1 (one) year.
