MVH0097 Retro Fit Surveys and Coordinator Role

Description

MVH have secured grant funding to undertake retrofit works to 171 properties (1 property is being managed outside of this Contact and therefore this Contract includes 170 properties) under the PAS2035 Retrofit framework. The project will be carried out in two phases. Phase 1: 69 properties Phase 2:101 Properties MVH are looking for a suitability qualified and experienced contractor to provide the Provision of Retrofit Assessments and Co-ordinator Role. The estimated start date of this Contract is April 2023. The length of the Contract is 18 months with the option to extend for 2 x 1 year periods (1.5+1+1)* *Please note the initial project is based on grant funding, any future projects under this contract will depend on available funding.
