Description

Provision of Facilities Management, which, will include both scheduled services (preventative maintenance) and call-out/reactive services in the event of system failures/urgent requirements (reactive maintenance). The Contracting Authority has divided up the specific current requirements into 6 (six) key work elements which are, • Element 1 - Property Related Services • Element 2 - Cleaning Service • Element 3 - Facilities Management Services and resource • Element 4 - Facilities Operative Resources and services • Element 5 - Utilities, Climate and Sustainability • Element 6 - Health and Safety management and advisory services
