Award of Contract for Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services for a New School Build

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) has provisionally appointed a supplier to undertake Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to support the development of a new special school in Wrexham for pupils with additional learning needs. This notice represents the start of the Standstill Period. This project represents a significant investment in specialist education provision within the County and is being progressed through the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Communities for Learning programme. Prior to tender the Council completed RIBA Stage 2 design development, supported by an indicative cost plan, and will now be working with the appointed supplier to lead the project through the next stages of design, procurement, construction, and handover. The appointed team will work closely with the Council’s Strategic Project Team, internal stakeholders, external partners, and Welsh Government representatives to ensure the successful delivery of this important scheme. ## Contract award Title: Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services for a New School Build
