Lillestrøm Municipality would like enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of toys, games, and art materials. The contracting authority Lillestrøm Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for toys and art materials. There must not be any contact with any other of the contracting authority's employees for this contract.
