Connect To Work (Lot 3)- Supported Employment: Health and Disability

Connect to Work will support the wider development of locally planned systems to drive growth, working jointly with the United Kingdom Government. By encouraging join up between health systems and employment support, Connect to Work will support those, primarily, currently outside the workforce and facing greater labour market disadvantages, to stay in work and get back into work. Lot 1: This contract covers services including the delivery of the IPS Mental Health Support Service. The IPS (Individual Placement and Support) supports people with severe mental health difficulties into employment. It involves intensive, individual support, a rapid job search followed by placement in paid employment, and time unlimited in-work support for both the employee and the employer.
