WCC/RBKC Homecare Multi Lot Framework

Description

Establishment of a multi‑lot, multi‑supplier framework agreement for the provision of homecare and related services for adults across Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The framework covers neighbourhood‑based homecare provision, spot purchasing, complex care by exception, reablement and hospital discharge services, and accommodation‑based homecare. The services fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and were procured under the Light Touch Regime. Lot 0: Establishment of a multi‑supplier, multi‑lot framework agreement for the provision of homecare and related services for adults across Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Services include neighbourhood‑based homecare provision, spot purchasing of care packages, complex care by exception, reablement and hospital discharge bridging services, and accommodation‑based homecare provision. The framework enables the award of individual call‑off contracts and care packages in accordance with the framework terms and published call‑off procedures.
