Health and Safety Coordination Services for the Construction of the EIB New Building in Luxembourg

The European Investment Bank (EIB) intends to award a service contract for the provision of the health and safety coordination services for the construction phase of the EIB new building in Luxembourg, in accordance with the Grand Ducal Regulation of 27 June 2008 on the minimum safety and health requirements to be implemented on temporary or mobile construction sites. The duration of the service contract is 31 months + option for up to 12 additional months in case of extension of the works. Lot 1: The scope of the contract consists of the provision of health and safety coordination services during the construction phase of the main works (GCO) for the EIB new building in Luxembourg. EIB’s objective is to carry out the construction works with the highest level of safety on site (zero accident target). A level-C Health and Safety Coordinator, as defined in the Grand Ducal Regulation of 9 June 2006 and in Labour Code, Article L. 312-8 (6), is required to oversee the construction phase until the completion of the works.
