Review of the Practical Implementation of EU Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Directives

Description

The aim of this study is to review the practical implementation during the period 2018-2022 of 24 EU occupational safety and health (OSH) directives in the 27 EU Member States, with a view to assessing the implementation of these directives in terms of their relevance, of research and of new scientific knowledge in the various fields in question and identifying possible improvements to the operation of the directives. This review will be the third such 5-year period exercise and shall take into account the results of the previous relevant exercises and address the specific aspects of this period.
