Project Aims and ObjectivesWe are seeking to appoint a contractor responsible for the design, supply and install replacement of the Air Conditioning system in the Reception and Cafe area.Site establishment and creation of safe working areas.Isolation, disconnection and removal of existing Air Conditioning located at roof level - refer to equipment schedule. Supply and installation of all new equipment in accordance with Contractors design.Isolation, disconnection and removal of all internal Air Conditioning cassettes - refer to equipment schedule. Supply and installation of all new equipment in accordance with Contractors design.Provision Of new central Master Controller.Provide BMS connections to ensure all systems are visible of the Trend BMS system and can be monitored/adjusted - exact list of points and parameters to be determined.Undertake any necessary modifications to external equipment support frames/structure.Procure a suitably qualified lifting specialist to provide a Contract Lift for the safe removal of all previously isolated existing equipment and placement of all new equipment as a consecutive undertaking.Reuse all existing interconnecting pipework, electrical supplies where possible.maintenance Manual and Health and Safety file.Within your price, please allow for the following:A review of the existing layout and provide recommendationsAttendance at three design team meetings via zoomPresence to site briefing meetingProtection of the roof surfaceYour design and specification should include the following:Mechanical and electrical designsFire protection systems - Any fire compartmentation requirementsLifting and Traffic Management Plans should it be requiredThe weight of the Units - an assessment of supporting capacity for the external unitsCompliance with current Building Regulations.ANY OTHER PERTINENT OUTPUTSTest, commission and set into operation the systems upon completion.Demonstrate the system to the Building Operators and Contract Administrator.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=147851.
