Service contract - RPAS

Description

The Norwegian Coastal Administration currently owns 6 RPAS systems from the manufacturer FLIR Skyranger R70. The systems use MBR (Kongsberg Seatex/Radionor) as their communication system. The systems are operated by the Norwegian Coast Guard, and they are stationed and currently operated from the Norwegian Coast Guard's Inner Coastguard vessels. This service contract will cover follow-up of these systems. The contract will also cover necessary and natural upgrades in the lifetime of the systems, and possibly ensure optimum lifetime. Lot 1: The procurement will ensure that the RPAS systems are operative, and that there is follow-up and implementation of important updates and information from the manufacturer. The service contract provider will be responsible for ensuring that important/vital information from the manufacturer (RPAS, batteries, etc.) is communicated and implemented in accordance with a given list of contact persons. New updated user hand books must be dispatched, and the service provider will be obliged to ensure that important changes regarding safety, use, and maintenance are clearly described together when the hand books are dispatched. The contract will also include service/support, where users can have a direct contact. The service provider will carry out any checks with the manufacturer (RPAS, batteries, etc.) Normal spare parts must be obtained within 1 week of an order being placed. The service provider must offer repairs, as well as replacement units if the repair time is long. The systems are also flown with the third party sensors NAS Hugin Sulfur emission sniffer and NAS Munin Radiation sensor, and the communication system via MBR (Kongsberg Seatex/Radionor). The service provider must ensure that any changes to the configuration of the systems do not affect this.
