Audio-visual equipment

Description

DfE SRC — provision of supply and installation of audio visual equipment and provision of support services for Southern Regional College. The scope of this contract is to give access to supply, installation and support of audio visual equipment. Initially this will be based on our known requirements in the new builds in Armagh and Banbridge campuses which will allow installation to begin on 18.3.2020 and 15.5.2020 respectively (based on current projected schedule and subject to change, dates may pull forward or push back). A small sample install will be required in advance of these dates for testing purposes. Completion dates will be agreed with the contractor but must be fully completed within 1 month of starting the project on each site. The project in Craigavon plus other refresh work is likely to follow as required and as budget is confirmed.
