Description

This notice is for a Energy Efficiency framework for the Highland Council, for contractors to provide a range of energy efficiency works and services. This includes but is not limited to Consultancy & advice, Building Fabric Improvements, Heating & Ventilation, Renewables & Ancillary Systems and Building Controls Lot 1: Consultancy & Advice The sub lots under this lot are; Energy Efficiency Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Assessor, Consultancy, Structural Engineer and Clerk of Works Lot 2: Building Fabric Improvements The sublots under this lot include; External Wall Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Flat Roof Insulation, Pitched and Room in Roof Insulation, Floor Insulation, Door and Window Replacement and Park Home Insulation Lot 3: Heating & Ventilation The sublots of this lot include; Mechanical ventilation, Air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, water source heat pumps, High heat retention storage heaters, Connection to district heat systems. Lot 4: Renewables & Ancillary Sytems The sublots in this lot include; Hyrdo, Solar PV, Battery Storage, Solar Thermal, Heat Battery
