Description

A contract for the provision of various consultancy services in connection with the development known as “Imperial 1", being the proposed development at land at Imperial Street, Bromley-by-Bow, London E3 3ED. The contract is for the provision of various consultancy services in connection with the imperial 1 development, which is a mixed tenure housing development involving the construction of approximately 400 to 500 units. Under the contract the appointed consultant will be required to provide the following services: — energy, — sustainability, — mechanical, — electrical and public health consultancy, — Breeam, — fire consultancy, — vertical transport and noise and acoustic consultancy services.
