Description
Using Regulation 32- Negotiated Procedure without Publication. This is for the supply of Goods and Services in respect of the supply and provision of Data Centre Equipment and Licensing. North Kesteven District Council (NKDC) and West Lindsey District Council (WLDC) are undergoing an IT Hardware refresh. As there is a shared infrastructure between the two Councils, this is a collaborative procurement, in which WLDC is the Lead Council. The Supplier shall implement all Goods into both NKDC's and WLDC's Data Centers. A single Contract shall be awarded to WLDC covering the joint requirement for both Councils.
