Description

This contract was initially advertised under the open procedure in the Official Journal of the European Union on 15.9.2017 (Ref. 2017/S 178-364725). Following this procedure it was deemed that there was no suitable tender and the Open Procedure was terminated. In accordance with Article 32(2)(a) of Directive 2014/24/EU, a negotiated procedure without a call for competition was then initiated. This process resulted in RPS Consulting Engineers providing a solution which meets all of the original requirements. The contracting authority intends to award the contract to RPS Consulting Engineers. The contracting authority can confirm that the original terms of the contract under the open procedure were not altered during the negotiated procedure. The procurement of Engineering Consultancy Services via an Open Procedure in relation to the Kerdiffstown Landfill Remediation Project, for the following stages: Stage (ii) Detailed Design. Stage (iii) Tender Action, Evaluation and Award. Stage (iv) Construction. Stage (v) Handover of Works.
