Award of contract: Financing of assets / equipment for Helse Sør-Øst RHF and Helse Midt-Norge RHF

This is a qualification for a contest for financing of assets / equipment for Helse Sør-Øst RHF and Helse Midt-Norge RHF. The tenderers who best meet the qualification requirements will be invited to submit a tender in the contest. Sykehusinnkjøp HF shall, on behalf of Helse Sør-Øst RHF [Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority] and Helse Midt-Norge RHF [Central Norway Regional Health Authority], enter into a contract for financing of assets / equipment. The financing form that is used is financial leasing. The procurement will be split into 4 sub-contracts: - Medical technical equipment - ICT Equipment - Vehicles (mainly ambulances) - Module buildings See www.sykehusinnkjop.no for further information Lot 1: MTU Financing of assets / equipment for Helse Sør-Øst RHF and Helse Midt-Norge RHF One framework agreement will be awarded for each sub-contract. The framework agreement will set the mark-up percentage and general terms for the leasing contracts that are signed after call-offs under the framework agreement. The leasing contracts are separate agreements with separate contracts that are signed without any connection to the equipment supplier. The leasing partner must therefore procure the relevant equipment from the equipment supplier(s) that Helse Sør-Øst RHF / Helse Midt-Norge RHF or the individual health trusts have a contract with and then rent it to the respective health trust.
