Scalloway Fox Type Houses - Shetland

Shetland Islands Council propose to carry out dormer roof recovering works and window and external door replacement to 7 dwellings in Scalloway, Shetland. The works for the houses are as follows: - No 12 Berry Road, No’s 5 & 9 Ingavill Road and No’s 10 & 18 Craigpark Road, Scalloway – dormer recovering works and window and external door replacement. No’s 6 & 18 Gibblestone Road, Scalloway – dormer recovering work only. Lot 1: The type of contract to be awarded is a Works contract. The procedure is governed by the Procurement Scotland Regulations 2016. The procedure being followed is a Restricted Procedure.
