South Yorkshire Housing Association is looking to appoint a single supplier for the delivery of Electrical Maintenance, Servicing, Repairs and Emergency Works Including Out of hours Works. Full details are included in the enclosed document Appendix D - Specification. The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams: • Electrical Responsive Repairs, Servicing, Testing, Out of Hours Calls Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours. • Out of Hours Emergency Works; Lot 1: South Yorkshire Housing Association is looking to appoint a single supplier for the delivery of Electrical Maintenance, Servicing, Repairs and Emergency Works Including Out of hours Works.
