The Authority has awarded a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Design and Consultancy Services for use by its Members and other eligible Public Sector Contracting Bodies across the UK. The Framework is split into 7 Lots: Lot 1: Planning Services Lot 2: Architect Services Lot 3: Engineering (Civil & Structural) Lot 4: Surveying Lot 5: Employers Agent Lot 6: Clerk of Works Lot 7: Principal Designer Each Lot is split into Seven Regional sub-lots • Sub-Lot 1 – North • Sub-Lot 2 – Central • Sub-Lot 3 – South East • Sub-Lot 4 – South West • Sub-Lot 5 – Wales • Sub-Lot 6 – Scotland • Sub-Lot 7 – Northern Ireland Lot 1: Lot 1: Planning Services Experts in property development and management with specific knowledge of planning permission. Provision of a full range of planning consultant services including but not limited to advising, planning, and consulting within the fields of planning applications, planning appeals, planning enforcement, planning objections, housing economics, and property development.
