Provision of: Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (Interim Contract) for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This is an Interim contract to cover the mobilisation of the new Tendered contract. Lot 1: Provision of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (Interim Contract) for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust - Ref: W230295.<br/>Intention to award a contract for 8 months to the incumbent Service Provider under Direct Award Process C of PSR23, to cover the mobilisation of the new Tendered contract. <br/>Contract Start date: 01/06/2026<br/>Contract End date: 31/01/2027. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 04/06/2026. The Service Provider has demonstrated effective implementation of service innovations and improvements during the course of the existing term and provides confidence that this commitment to continuous improvement will be equally reflected in a new contract. key criteria were assessed through performance against existing contractual requirements, service standards and KPIs.
