ESG Data Taxonomy and Training Programme

Description

To provide an Open-Source (OS) ESG Data Taxonomy and Mapping resource for all users. This will be made available by SFS for free to drive global consistency and faster transition for sustainable finance (SF). The OS-SF Taxonomy Project will be a flexible "global source" for all taxonomy and data structures related to sustainable finance. The frameworks and standards to be mapped include the UN Global Compact, UN Sustainable Development Goals, TCFD (Task Force for Climate Related Financial Disclosure), SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), EU Platform on Sustainable Finance, GRI,CDSB, CDP, IIRC (& CRD), PRI, GHGP, ISSB. Training content on using the Taxonomy, including ‘train the trainer’ materials should be developed and training provided to a minimum of 300 Ireland-based employees.
