PMC2601 - Market Consultation regarding strategic review of RSA Estate

****The RSA’s estate currently comprises 72 buildings/premises across the Republic of Ireland. These are largely short-term leasehold / licenced locations either provided by the Office of Public Works (OPW) or directly via private agreements with the RSA. The estate varies considerably in terms of structure and size, from large block construction office buildings to hotels and modular units.****A need to align the RSA’s estate with its current and future needs has been identified recently and the RSA is currently in the process of drafting a request for tender (“RFT”) for the provision of a comprehensive review of its estate. ****Prior to commencing the planned tender process, the RSA wishes to consult the market in respect of the questions / aspects set out in the attached market consultation questionnaire.
