Description

The CRU wishes to procure the services of suitably qualified organization(s) with appropriate expertise to provide gas technical consultancy services applied to: • Assistance in audit and inspection, • Assistance in the assessment of technical documents (e.g. Safety Case, Risk Assessment, etc.), • Assistance in developing technical policy (e.g. safety case guidelines, procedures, etc.), • Assistance in developing documentation related to the development of gas regulatory framework, • Assistance in gas incidents investigation, and • Assistance in enforcement action. The above services will apply to natural gas (including biomethane and renewable natural gas), Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas), upstream and downstream.
