SLLC Front of House IT Management System

Description

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture (SLLC) require to procure a new front of house software system to cover the booking of resources, payment for activities, management of memberships and the collection of associated Direct Debit income across Trust activities. The new system will replace two of the systems currently in operation (Front of House Booking System – on premise and Venue and Event Management Software). The main objective of this procurement process is to update the current SLLC systems which are outdated and no longer fit for purpose. SLLC are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of the community by offering attractive affordable activities throughout South Lanarkshire with pride. Through introducing a new Front of House Software System, SLLC will be able to provide the community with the technology and tools they require to easily access and book the multiple resources SLLC currently provide, leading to healthier, happier more connected lives. Lot 1: South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture (SLLC) require to procure a new front of house software system to cover the booking of resources, payment for activities, management of memberships and the collection of associated Direct Debit income across Trust activities. The new system will replace two of the systems currently in operation (Front of House Booking System – on premise and Venue and Event Management Software). The procurement was a call off by direct award from the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework.
