Description

The aim of the procurement is to contribute to getting a good knowledge basis for assessments of future changes to the post sector. The assignments consist of two parts, which will each make up approx. half of the assignment. The final deadlines will be determined as agreed, but part 1 must be carried out and completed by the end of February, whilst part 2 must be completed by the end of April. The two parts are expected to require some experience and competence. Analysis milieus are encouraged to cooperate. Prepare, carry out, compare and summarise the results from one or more questionnaires in order to highlight the consequences for various users of post distribution 1 day a week to postboxes and 2.5 days a week to collection points. Hold qualitative interviews with representatives for various types of users. Use this data, as well as the quantitative data obtained via the questionnaire(s) in part 1 to identify and describe the consequences of post distribution 1 day a week to postboxes and 2.5 days a week to collection points for various types of users, as well as make an assessment of the projection of government procurements of post services resulting from the two service levels.
