Transitioning to a greener, wellbeing economy within the National Park – identifying the potential opportunities arising from a low carbon economy and investment in natural capital Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority is currently preparing a new suite of strategic plans that will direct and seek to significantly scale up action to address the climate emergency and nature crisis, as well as support a future wellbeing economy within the National Park. We require consultancy support to help us to better understand how current and future investment in natural capital and a transition towards establishing a greener, wellbeing economy might create opportunities for new jobs and skills development as well as potential for community wealth building and growing third sector enterprises.
