Description

Provision of audit and investigative services, namely general process audits (Lot 1) and provision of investigative services, collecting and assessing facts on possible breaches of professional duties under, in particular, the ECB's Ethics Framework (legal assessment (Lot 2) and technical assessment (Lot 3)). Lot 1: General Process Audits (Lot 1) Evaluating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management, control and governance processes in support of selected audit missions and methodologies in various areas of competence, as specified further in the procurement documents. The maximum value of this lot 1 is: EUR 960 000,00. Lot 2: Investigative Services (Legal Competence) (Lot 2) Collecting and assessing facts on possible breaches of professional duties under, in particular, the ECB's ethics framework (legal competence). The maximum value of this lot 2 is EUR 420 000,00. Lot 3: Investigative Services (Technical Competence) Under this lot 3, collecting and assessing facts on possible breaches of professional duties (technical competence), as further specified in the procurement documents. The maximum value of this lot 3 is EUR 420 000,00.
