This procurement seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited supplier to deliver asbestos survey services across Trent & Dove Housing’s property portfolio. The service will include reinspection surveys, management surveys, targeted and refurbishment surveys, as well as roofline, communal, and guttering/gable-end inspections. The appointed supplier will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and best practice, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents. Survey data and reports will be provided in a clear, accessible format compatible with Trent & Dove’s existing compliance systems (C365). The aim of this procurement is to ensure continued statutory compliance, accurate recording of asbestos information, and effective management of asbestos risks across all relevant properties.
