Description

Tenderers are invited to participate in a competitive process to establish a single- party framework contract for the manufacture supply and delivery of Bulk Towelling Material to the Irish Prison Service, over a 3 year period. The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform invites responses (‘Tenders’) to this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’) from economic operators (‘Tenderers’) for the supply of the Goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT, ‘Requirements and Specifications’ (‘the Goods’). The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition (‘the Contracting Authority’).
