Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. La consultation vise à conclure un accord cadre à bons de commande sans minimum ni maximum en application des articles R. 2162-2 alinéa 2, R. 2162-4 3º et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. La consultation est décomposée en deux lots. Le marché sera conclu pour une période initiale démarrant à la date du 1.1.2020 (ou de la date de notification si elle est postérieure) jusqu'au 31.12.2020. À titre indicatif, l'estimation annuelle pour ce lot est estimé à 105 000 EUR TTC. À titre indicatif, l'estimation annuelle pour ce lot est estimé à 20 000 EUR TTC.
