Tysvær municipality (TK) invites tenderers to a competition for parallel framework agreements with 2 tenderers (who can preferably do both disciplines) for: a. land planning and b. consultant engineering services within roads, water and sewage and other technical infrastructure. Note: The municipality sees it as an advantage if tenderers can tender for both disciplines as this would give synergy effects in the project. Tenderers who can only tender for one of the disciplines can, however, still submit a tender. See the price form, annex B for weighting. The procurement is for consultancy services within the following disciplines: a. land planning. The estimated turnover is approx. 6 000 000 NOK including options. b. consultant engineering services within roads, water and sewage and other technical infrastructure. The estimated turnover is approx. 12 000 000 NOK including options. The total estimated value for the framework agreement is, thus, approx. 18 000 000 NOK including options. Attention is drawn to the fact that TK is not bound to any specific monetary amount, the stated figures are only estimates. The quantity of the assignment is based on local political decisions. In order to ensure that the municipality´s needs for the requested services are met, TK would like to enter into 2 parallel framework agreements. In the contract period, the Contracting Authority will ensure that the best tenderer (the winner of the competition) will get most of the assignments, whilst tenderer number 2 will get assignments if tenderer number 1 has capacity problems, there are conflicts of interest, etc.
