Cryo Store Roof Replacement

Description

To provide a new single ply membrane roof covering to identified areas in attached document. Lot 1: SAMS is looking to appoint a single contractor for the works detailed below - Preparatory works on existing single ply membrane roof covering, including removal of 8no. polycarbonate rooflights (2000mm Long/1400mm Wide) and filling in openings in preparation for roof covering. - Overlay of existing with a new insulated single ply roofing system over circa 232 m2 with a minimum of 20 years warranty on the specified roofing system with proposals returned by contractor with full detail of their chosen roofing system. - Installation of 12 m2 single ply membrane and insulation to new extension. -The contractor will be required to inspect the site and prepare a proposal carrying out all the works detailed. -A detailed cost breakdown sheet shall accompany the proposal for the project and include labour rates and costs for individual items. -The proposed roofing system must be installed to the contractor’s chosen manufacturer’s specification by an approved contractor in order that the minimum 20-year warranty conditions are met. Those who note an interest to this Prior Information Note will be invited to quote for the project.
