ID720 - Legionella Services (STAR Housing)

Description

The Contracting Authority is inviting submissions from organisations who can deliver Legionella Services for 3+1+1 years. This contract will cover the inspection, monitoring, management, and control of Legionella bacteria within STAR Housing’s properties, ensuring full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and guidance, including HSE Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP L8) and HSG274. The scope of works will include, but is not limited to, risk assessments, routine monitoring and sampling, temperature checks, cleaning and disinfection of water systems, remedial works, tank inspections and cleans, and the production and maintenance of compliant records and reports. ## Contract award
