Frozen Foods and Groceries Framework

The London Borough of Havering, on behalf of various local authorities, has established a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of frozen foods and groceries. This framework will support members of the Procurement Across London (PAL) catering group, with participation open to additional London Boroughs. Framework Scope: The framework will cover assorted frozen foods, groceries, and other essential food supplies required for in-house school catering services. The contract value is an estimated value based on all members of PAL Catering Group estimated spend across the duration of the contract. This is a call off arrangement, there is no minimum financial commitment, and the actual cost will vary depending upon demand.
