Lot 3: Market Engagement The technical services provided will primarily support the Circular Economy Activator workstream by helping ensure that supported SMEs have access to specialist sectoral and / or market knowledge to help with proof of concept and market validation that enables a more robust and demonstrable understanding of their anticipated market. This may include demand, barriers to entry, regulatory and permitting requirements, and the optimum route to market. It may also be required, from time to time, to provide more specialist support to SMEs within both the Circular Economy Primer and the Circular Economy Implementation Support workstreams where this provide more effective and efficient delivery of the requirements.
