5433 - St. Martins Comprehensive School - Curtain Walling & Associated Works

You are invited to submit a tender for curtain walling & associated works at St Martins school. The scope of the project is fully described in Tender Documentation but in summary the scope is: 1. Replacing external curtain wall and door. See attached Technical specification. 2. Replacement of high-level windows. See attached Technical specification. 3. Asbestos removal using CCBC framework approved LARC. 4. Cladding renewal. 5. Associated works to make good floors & ceilings. 6. Replacing existing suspended ceiling. 7. M&E works. 8. Contractor to coordinate all works. 9. Works are planned for the six weeks summer holidays. 10. Works must be completed before students return.
