Mechancial and Electrical Consultancy for Energy Audit Lot 1: M&E Consultancy for Energy Audit Consultant should have a relevant professional background in energy/building services with demonstrable experience in energy audits for small buildings. A Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) – Level 3 is desirable. Energy audit to 7 detached amenity units to identify improvement measures to reduce energy costs for residents and suitability of these measures for install. Energy efficiency measures, budget install cost, annual cost savings, payback timescales and recommendations to be included within the outputs. PV panels should be the main energy efficiency measure considered..
