New Museum Project - Trade Package TP5115: Building Management System (Incl. ICT/Structured Cabling)

Description

This tender is for the award of works for the installation of the building management system, including ICT and structured cabling to the New Museum Project at West Smithfield, working with the Museum of London's appointed Construction Manager. Lot 1: These Trade Contract Works shall comprise the planning, scheduling, management, Trade Contractor’s Designed Works, coordination, Building Information Modelling, detailed construction drawings, manufacture, project specific method statements, technical submittals, risk assessments, procurement, delivery, offloading, storage, distribution, setting out, positioning, assembly, installation, integration of specialists Trade Contract designs, pre-commissioning, static testing, dynamic testing, commissioning, witnessing, performance testing, beneficial use and handover of the complete Building Management Systems inclusive of provision for necessary demonstration, employer tuition / training, O&M Documentation and record to the following, but not limited to: - Building Management System - Energy Management System - Converged Network System - ICT System - Structured Cabling
