Offaly consists of; the construction of a new two storey Community Library and Arts Base facility of 1803sqm which includes: Adult, Teen and Children's Libraries Arts Base/Multipurpose Space Artist's Studios (3) and Ancillary support spaces such as: Meeting Rooms (2) Wet Workshop Catering kitchenette Sensory Room Changing Places Facility Staff Offices and Staff/Library User Support Spaces and demolition works, site clearance and supplementary structural improvements to the arch building at 35 JKL Street and all associated site works.
