Lease and maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers with procurement of associated ingredients

Trondheim Municipality has entered into a new framework agreement for the lease and service/maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers, with the procurement of associated ingredients. The contracting authority would like a contract for the standardised selection of items specified in the product overview in the Price and Product Sheet, tab 2 - Price Sheet Contract Products. Discounted prices for the supplier's other assortment within the product categories were also requested by the municipality, cf. Price and Product Sheet, tab 3 - Discounted Products. Lot 1: Trondheim Municipality has entered into a new framework agreement for the lease and service/maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers, with the procurement of associated ingredients. The contracting authority would like a contract for the standardised selection of items specified in the product overview in the Price and Product Sheet, tab 2 - Price Sheet Contract Products. The municipality currently has a lease contract for approx. 150 coffee machines of varying types and approx. 41 water dispensers. Estimates and amounts stated in the tender documentation are not binding for the contracting authority, as the need for the type of machine, ingredients and accessories can change. Many of the goods covered by this contract may have been produced under questionable conditions. Tenderers therefore had to have a varied range of products that are produced in a legal and ethical manner. The product selection also had to include products that meet organic production standards. If the tenderer uses sub-contractors to fulfil this contract, the supplier is obligated to continue and contribute to adherence of the requirements of its sub-contractors. There is no requirement that the machines offered must be brand new, but used machines must be in good working order and must meet the requirements and conditions set forth in the competition.
