There are three key elements that his procurement should deliver: 1 - An Estates Digital & Insight Roadmap This will set out a clear, long‑term vision for how digital technologies, data systems, and intelligent building capabilities will be integrated across the University estate. This roadmap will define the future direction of our digital estate, ensuring that all technology decisions are strategic, scalable, and aligned with institutional priorities 2 - A System Interoperability Framework A System Interoperability Framework will be established that defines how the University’s core digital systems—such as sensors, Building Management Systems (BMS), maintenance platforms, and energy‑monitoring tools—will connect and exchange data. Advisory support will ensure this framework adopts modern standards, supports future-proof integration, and eliminates fragmentation caused by independently procured systems. 3 - A Quick-Win Implementation Package This will identify and implement high‑impact, low‑barrier digital enhancements that leverage existing infrastructure Please refer to the PURCH2901 - Invitation to Tender document for additional information and specification.
