The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to participate in a limited competition for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of localisation technology for use in the health and care service, for the municipalities of Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Råde, Moss, Våler, Frogn og Nesodden. The individual competition which will be implemented in the system must contain a description of the requirements and needs for the individual procurement.
