The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to participate in a limited competition for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of localisation technology for use in the health and care service, for the municipalities of Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Råde, Moss, Våler, Frogn og Nesodden.
